Adding a Floor Plan

It's possible to create and add as many floor plans as necessary. The instructions in this topic explain how to add a floor plan to the catalogue, which is necessary before resources can be marked on the floor plan. For details on marking resources on the floor plan see the topics marking individual resources on the floor plan and marking resources on the floor plan globally.

·From the menu bar at the top of the screen, select Database / Floor Plans.

·Click New on the right menu

·The Floor Plan record card will open. Enter a description that describes this floor plan.

·Click the ellipsis (or click Upload) then select the floor plan to upload from the computer.

·Click Upload if it is available then click Save.
