To Comment on a Blog first select Friends from the My Info area (or search for a friend), then click on the name of the friend.
It will then open the friends account.

Scroll down to the Blogs section and then click on a Blog Post to comment on it.

To comment just click on Add Comment, then enter some text and click Save.

The comment will then appear underneath the Blog Post.
