It is possible to print Accelerated Reader labels directly through the library system. The process for doing this is the same as printing any resource labels only selecting a different template. The steps below demonstrate how to print the AR data onto Avery L7651 labels.

We have videos available to help you create AR page views and labels

·Firstly, select the resources that you wish to print the Accelerated Reader labels for. It is essential that these contain the AR data (quiz number, level etc.) as otherwise the labels will be blank. For details about locating AR resources in the system, see the topic Locating Resources with an AR Quiz then continue reading.

If you do not want to print all AR resource labels, perform a quick / advanced search or use flagging to select a subset of records first.

·Once the resources are selected, click Label Print on the right menu under Tools.

·Ensure that Avery L7651 is selected in the Style drop down box then select Renaissance Learning or Renaissance Learning (with Barcode) from the list of label templates.

·Click Run.

·The settings in the box that follows can be used to configure where the labels should start printing from. This is used to print onto labels that have been partly used before. For instance, if you are re-using a sheet of labels where the first row has been used, enter "2" into the Start Printing at Row box. If the first page has not been used before, leave the settings set to the default (1 and 1) then click OK.

·A preview of the labels will be shown in your PDF viewer and then can be sent to the printer from here.
