It is advisable to preview the reminder to be sure that the prospecting appearance and contents of the reminder is suitable before committing changes and running it live, against a real library borrower as doing so would incorrectly increment the reminder number.

 

·Access the editing interface on the desired reminder as described here.

 

·To preview the reminder template at any point, click on the Preview... button near the bottom-right of the Edit Reminder window.

 

 

 

·The reminder template will display showing fictitious information. An example of a Group Reminder Preview is shown below.
