An individual Reminder is a letter addresses to the borrower requesting that they bring their resource back. Through the library system it is possible to generate a letter for the entire list of people who current have resources on loan in only a few clicks. This process can also be automated and scheduled to run on a frequent basis.

 

Individual Reminders, like Group, Memo and Statement, can be emailed, printed or both.
