Group Reminders

Group reminders are sent to form tutors so that they may remind their students to return their overdue resources. In contrast to Individual Reminders, this type of reminder is addressed to the form tutor and displays all borrowers that have resources on loan who belong to that Tutor Group. The Group Reminder also includes a grid that displays what items their borrowers have on loan.

Editing the text in a group reminder is done in the same way as editing an individual reminder. Click here for more information. Also, remember that when a group reminder is emailed, it is emailed to the email account specified on the Tutor Groups record.
