Memo Reminders

A memo is a reminder template that can be sent to a selection of borrowers without affecting the immediate reminder number against the record in the Current Loans table.

For example, the user may wish to send a memo to Year 11 leavers that may officially leave School before their exams start. A memo would remind them to bring all of their resources back to the Library, regardless of whether they are overdue or not and this would not affect their reminder number.

Any individual reminder that is required outside of the normal set reminders ones that are not being generated routinely should be created here as a memo.
