The instructions in this topic explain how to remove all trial content from the library system and how to prevent them from importing in the future, when it has been enabled. These steps show how to remove the trial content only, this process does not remove any eBooks that have been added to the system manually or using another method.

 

·In Management, open the OverDrive trial settings from Settings  / Module Settings / OverDrive Settings... using the menu at the top of the window.

 

 

 

·Un-tick the Enable Trial? check box.

 

 

 

·Click OK to the settings window to save the changes.

 

The instructions above explain how to disable the trial. MLS recommend that this is carried out at the end of the day as it may take a while to run through and may slow down the system.

 

 

To remove the resources from the catalogue, follow the steps below.

 

·In Management, click Schedule from the tools menu.

 

 

 

·Click the Settings icon  next to the Catalogue Enrichment task.

 

 

 

·Un-tick Import OverDrive resources.

 

 

 

Then click OK.

 

·Click the green Run Now icon  for the Catalogue Enrichment task and the resources should be removed from your catalogue.
