It might be desirable to catalogue items with video files attached to them. These items should be catalogued under the Live Media resource type. When such resources are added to the system they will play directly on the home page when a borrower is browsing the catalogue.

 

 

The software no longer plays the video files in a flash player, they are played directly in Silverlight. The following file types are accepted:

 

.3g2, .3gp, .asf, .asx, .avi, .flv, .mov, .mp4, .mpg, .rm, .srt, .swf, .vob, .wmv
