Flag by RFID

When an RFID reader is available it is possible to use the device to flag items and present them in a list by scanning the RFID Tag. The instructions below demonstrate how to use Flag by RFID.

·Click Flag by RFIDon the right menu.

·The view will now change showing "No Results" found.

·Begin scanning the RFID Tag of the items to flag. Once a Tag has been scanned it should appear in the View as shown below.

Notice that for item each that is scanned, the corresponding record shows in the View.

·If a record scanned is in the recycle bin then it will display a value within the (Recycled) field. The allows recycled records to be easily identified when using Flag by RFID.

·Click Apply once all records have been scanned to select them all in a list.

Please note that once you have navigated away from this page the results WILL be lost. You can create a Page View to store the flagged barcodes, for help creating a Page View please see the following link.
