Page Views Overview

A View is a screen containing the fields, data and layout of choice. The views, both standard and ones created by the user, will vary depending on the table of origin. For example, Page Views can be created in Borrowers, Resources, Past Loans and can have a different layout or record selection for each. A view that is created in one area will not be applicable to another.

Page Views allow the Librarian to customise the display in each of the table by setting a default view. A number of standard built-in views area available labelled System Page Views. However, the user may create own Views containing the fields and data of choice.
