In addition to updating existing data with Quick Replace, you can also use it to delete data. Instead of replacing the word with another (as described here) simply leave the field empty.

 

·Select the data you wish to update

 

 

 

·Leave the Replace With box empty

 

 

 

·Click Replace to make the change
