Altering the Reminder Grid

This topic explains how to change the details that appear in the grid of a reminder when it is generated. The grid is shown on a Reminder when it is generated like in the image below:

 

 

 

 

The image above displays an example of an Individual Reminder. However, the instructions apply to all types of reminder.

 

 

 

Altering the grid display fields

 

·Access the reminder editing interface as described in the previous topic, Managing and Editing reminders.

 

·Click on the Grid tab.

 

 

 

·Controlling what fields display on the grid is very similar to adding fields to a page view. Firstly, select a single field from the list of the available fields in the left box.

 

 

 

·Once the field is selected, click the right arrow  symbol.

 

·The field is then moved under the right box to show it will be displayed on the grid.

 

 

 

·To alter the order of the grid display fields, click on a field from the right box and use the up and down arrows.

 

 

 

·Click OK to commit any changes and return to the Reminders & Statements screen.
