An Article refers to some content within an issue, such as a particular page of published work. The purpose of an article in the library system is so that they can be linked to their relevant issue. Articles are not required but when added, this effectively allows the pupils to search the content of a particular issue which should help them decide whether or not to read it.

 

As articles are essentially segments of an issue, they cannot be borrowed.
