From version 15.5, you can now use CTRL and SHIFT to select multiple records at one go, much like you would do in Excel. However, the Flagging option has been left in the system for users who prefer to use this method instead. The instructions for using this can be found below.

 

Flagging is a method of selecting more than one record at a time. In most circumstances, clicking on a record and then on another will deselect the former. When flagging is enabled, multiple records may be highlighted all at the same time. Flagging is available on most tables throughout the system and comes in 3 forms:

 

Flag by Mouse

Flag by Barcode

Flag by RFID

 

 

·To enable Flagging, choose an appropriate icon from under the Tools toolbox on the right of the screen.

 

 

 

·The table title will change to alert the user that Flagging mode has been activated.
