Scheduler Overview

The aim of the scheduler is to make some of the repeated tasks in the library system, automated. For instance, using the scheduler you can configure reminders to automatically run each week or more recently, you can automatically import resources purchased on the OverDrive Marketplace. In a new version, you can also automate the import of the 'Hambase', provided for Portsmouth and Hampshire School Library Services. All the user has to do is create the tasks required for automation and the schedule feature will do the rest.
