Linked Items

The Linked items tab shows resources that are associated with the current record. This is distinctly different than a resource type link. Linked items could be other books that the user might like to read having, books by the same author or you may want to add the associated feature film.

In the example below, the book "The Hobbit" has a linked item of the official "Lord of the Rings" website as this may be of interest to users reading the book.

To add a linked item click Find Resource at the bottom and locate the resource. Alternatively, if the resource has a barcode then type in the number of the resource and click Barcode. To remove a link, select the item to remove in the list and click Remove Link.

To add more than one linked item at a time, use CTRL and SHIFT to select the records.
